Online Return Policy:
Except when otherwise noted, and subject to prior authorization, we gladly accept returns and exchanges of merchandise, within 30 days of the shipping date, for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, WASHED OR OTHERWISE USED, with ALL TAGS attached and the original sales receipt included. ELIGIBLE RETURNS will be issued as a credit to the account used to make the purchase. TO OBTAIN AUTHORIZATION, call us at (626) 449-5366, or send an e-mail using the link on the Help Desk page. Please have your order number available when making this request.
Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoebox in its original condition without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee. Returns received after 30 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Merchandise purchased online may be shipped or returned in person to our retail store.
RETURN SHIPMENT IS AT YOUR EXPENSE. For your protection, we recommend you use a trackable, insurable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items that we do not receive or that are damaged in transit.

Please follow the return instructions listed above. Then log on to www.jenstrocity.com and place a new order for the desired item(s). Please note that you will be charged for shipping and handling for your new order.

Order Processing:
If you are able to place an item in your shopping cart that means the item is available for immediate shipment. Although we do our best to make sure the inventory listed on our site is current, occasionally we may sell out of some items. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you via e-mail and adjust the total on your order.
If you need to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed, you must call us at (626) 449-5366 or e-mail us using the link on the Help Desk page. Note that we will try to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee them. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Note that some spam filters may block these e-mails; ensure your account is configured to accept mail from the jenstrocity.com domain. Consult your e-mail service provider for futher details.
Shipping:
We do our best to ship orders within two business days (Monday-Friday) after the order is received. We do not ship Saturday, Sunday or holidays. We ship within the 48 continuous states (U.S) only, via UPS. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and vary depending on the level of service you select. Confirmation of billing and/or shipping information may add additional time to final processing and shipment of your order.
